According to SGP News Dept. ,the football competitions of Iran 1st division league is going to start from Monday ,August 16th and participating teams is going to exert their maximum efforts to advance to Iran Football Super League ,16th edition .
The competitions of this year will be held in accordance with new rules of federation league organization which 20 teams ,all in one group compete with each other during 38 weeks.
The second new rule is about the amount of qualifying teams to super league .The play-off games have been eliminated from the schedule and top 3 teams in the competitions table ,will advance to Iran Super League directly and there is no need to attend in play-offs any more.
Gitipasand Football team ,the representative of Isfahan city in 1st division league is attending in these competitions for the third year .
This club renewed the contract of its ex-head coach –Mr.Vahik Torousiyan – for upcoming season .
May his experience lead Gitipasand team to Iran Football Super league .
